Warranty Policy
Our products go through rounds of testing before production to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, we are so confident in our products that we offer a 100% No-Hassle, One Year Warranty.
Aftermarket Warranty
The main unit is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchaseby the customer. The accessories included in the unit are covered by a 1-yearwarranty from the date of receipt by the customer.
Warranty Way
- Repair or replace equipment based on specific failures;
- We guarantee that all replacement parts, accessories or equipment are original andnew;
- Within 90 days after the customer purchases the product, if there is a failure andthe video and pictures are provided, we will bear the shipping cost and provide thecorresponding accessories to the customer free of charge for replacement. iftheproductis purchased more than 90 days, the customer will bear the correspondingcost and we will provide free accessories to the customer for replacement;
The following are not covered by the free warranty
- Products purchased through informal channels;
- Damage caused by failure to use and maintain the product in accordance with therequirements ofthe product manual;
