Don’t let the name fool you, the Aomosur RV Tire Pressure System is for more than just RVs. This unit comes fully functional straight out of the box. The control panel is hard cased and is easy to install. It utilizes a magnetic mounting bracket that clips on to an air conditioning vent holding it in place. The unit holds steady and secure even when coming across bumps in the roadway. It comes with an LCD color display that is just over 3”. The display is vivid and bright making it easy to read during both night and day usage. The unit’s small, flat design keeps it from taking up too much space.

The Aomosur TPM 4 sensor monitoring system examines four areas: low air pressure, high air pressure, high tire temperature and the amount of charge the battery has. The unit has a built-in alarm system that that can be customized to user’s specifications. I tested the alarm and found it to be loud enough to hear over engine and road noise. The alarm is either on or off as the volume is not adjustable.

The sensors were easy to install requiring only removing the valve stem caps, installing the locknuts - which are provided, installing the sensors, and back seating the lock nuts. The addition of lock nuts prevents the sensors from backing off the valves’ threads as a result of vibration or road hazards.

The battery in the control panel is charged using a type-C charging cord, which is also provided. According to the user’s manual, sensor battery life expectancy is one to two years. Replacing the CR-1632 sensor battery, which is basically a standard watch battery, requires unscrewing the cap, replacing the battery, and reinstalling the cap. The only extra step is that a replaced sensor has to be recalibrated.

The controller is easy to maneuver having only three buttons on its right side. These buttons are to maneuver through the flow charts and set pressures and temperatures and power the unit on/off. Flow charts guide the user through the path to accomplish the task at hand. The instruction manual is well written and clearly maps out the steps to work with the system’s interface. I would suggest keeping the instruction manual in the glovebox for making adjustments using the flow charts, which are illustrated and color coded.

The four-sensor package has the ability to add and sync four additional sensors, bringing the total number of sensors to eight. The fact that additional sensors are available for purchase eliminates the concern of having to buy an entirely new system should a sensor go out.

The distance from the control panel to my racing trailer tires is at least 50’. There were no issues with sensor-to-control panel connections. I found the readings between the unit and a hand-held air pressure gauge to be consistent, as all measurements were within 1-2 lbs. of pressure.

I didn’t find where the controller stores memory, but it does hold the value from its last reading. I tested the accuracy of the controller readings on my RV after traveling for a distance and found them to be consistent with a hand-held air pressure gauge. The readings were about 3-4 psi higher than when I started my test run, which is to be expected. When I disconnected a sensor, the display went to zero and a low-pressure alarm was sounded. Once taken off the tire and then reinstalled the sensor reading resets itself.

Because I decided upon monitoring my racecar trailer, as well as my RV, I ultimately purchased, directly from the company, an additional four pack of sensors – two to upgrade now and two to use when I purchase an additional four-sensor unit for my RV. This will bring my two unit set up to 12 sensors total – six for the RV and six for my racecar trailer. I’m sure they sell a larger unit that would cover all 12 sensors, but I had already committed to the 4-sensor unit.

While attempting to purchase the additional sensors, I had trouble finding how to order them through the Aomosur website, so I contacted the company via email to either purchase that way and/or ask how to purchase on the website. Aomosur’s customer service was wonderful! I received a response the very next day. The representative was apologetic and explained that the website was under construction but would be up and running the following week, and I could order then. I received an email two days later letting me know that the site was up earlier than expected and that I could move forward with placing my order. To make matters even better, I was not charged a shipping fee, despite spending less than $100. I don’t know if that was because I was a repeat customer or to make up for the trouble I had when initially trying to order. The customer service personnel kept in touch with me from initial ordering, through shipping, and up and through delivery. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great gift for dad. Stay safe on the road. Better to have a tool that monitors your tires, before something bad happens.

I actually use this on a car whose TPMS has gone out, and it's awesome. I'll probably use it on a trailer next time I take my boat to the lake as well, so I'll update if the sensor range isn't good enough to do that. I haven't been able to figure out how to re-pair the sensors though, so I can use them in both places, but for now, I'll just pretend the car's tires are actually on a trailer :)

I recently installed this four-tire air and temperature monitor on my truck and found it to be a handy upgrade. The kit arrived with everything needed, including four screw-on valve caps and a compact, rechargeable display unit. The screen is bright and easy to read, even in direct sunlight, and the magnet mount holds it securely to the dash or window. The USB-C charging is convenient and the unit’s small, flat design keeps it from taking up too much space. I appreciated that the monitor beeps to alert me if any tire pressure or temperature drifts outside the safe range. That said, it isn’t perfect. The valve caps can be a little finicky to screw on tightly, especially if your tires have a bit of leftover sealant or dirt. I also noticed that the unit’s battery life, while decent, could be better—it needs a charge after about two weeks of regular use. In very bumpy conditions I once got a false low-pressure alert, likely due to a temporary signal glitch between the sensors and the screen. Finally, the magnet mount, while convenient, can shift if you slam a door or hit a sharp bump. These are minor trade-offs, and for most drivers this monitor still delivers reliable readings and useful alerts.

Great well built kit that offers peace of mind while travelling towing or not.

Instructions are through and explain the menu and how to program it.

Also, you can set alarms for low/high pressure and temperature.

No more second guessing if it's the road, your tires, or the trailers tires.

Setting up on my single-axle trailer was a breeze鈥攑airing only the three sensors I needed (plus tucking the fourth into my console as a spare) took a quick trip into settings, and calibrating the min/max PSI for my skinny trailer tires was dead simple. The color screen is crisp enough to catch at a glance whether pressure or temperature is drifting, and having the flexibility to remap which sensor goes where is a game-changer when swapping wheels or using for a custom setup. It runs on USB rechargeable battery power but will happily sip power over USB.

My only gripe is the vent-clip mount鈥攆ragile vents and a heavy object aren鈥檛 best friends鈥攕o I swapped to a magnetic phone holder instead, which works flawlessly. Otherwise, this system nails accuracy, gives rock-solid alerts, and keeps me from wondering if I鈥檓 rolling on half-deflated rubber down the highway, plus keeps me aware of the state of my spare tire for the trailer.

This product works perfectly right out of the box. Very easy to get set up, can't even call it installation. You just remove your old valve caps and put the labeled caps that come with this thing on the corresponding wheels, turn on the screen, and it tells you exactly what your tire pressure is at for each one. Couldn't be a whole lot simpler. The USB-C-rechargeable display is clean and clear, and attaches firmly to a vent clip mount with a strong magnet. Both the clip and the display have a sleek, minimalist design, very compact but both perfectly suited to their purpose. While trailers are what this is intended for and what it probably makes the most sense for, it's not all you can use it for! I am using mine to monitor the tire pressure on my E bike and my wife's. My tires tend to hold their pressure longer, hers need reinflating every week or two. This monitor makes it so we each know when we need to add some air. The batteries on the valve caps can be changed by the user, and the manual says it's needed every year or two. Also, our bike tires when full are below the default pressure level at which the device beeps and starts warning you about low tire pressure, but it can be changed in the settings. That part took a few minutes to figure out, but now it will warn me when it falls below the new threshold that I set.
Zero complaints about this product, looking forward to getting good use out of it.

I essentially got this for my minivan. We do not tow a trailer with it or anything like that, but our van is old enough that the computer does not want to communicate with the sensors in the tires.
I only needed four caps, and got the one for the trailer tires. It is fine, because you can adjust the air pressure sensors to be right to where you need them to be for any tire pressure.
It even lets you know the air temperature in the tires.
This is a great set. It lets you set an alarm for a minimum pressure, so you know if you have a leak, or need to fill up your tire.
The brightness of the display is perfect, and the size of the main display keeps it out of the way for easy storage.
It is very easy to set up, just make sure you read the little manual that comes with it.
I give this system an A.
Simple to use, and simple to set up. I just need to see how long the battery in the sensors lasts.

Not only is this incredibly useful for a trailer, but also for an older vehicle without a TPMS system.

The sensors are labeled as well making it easy to install. The screen is nice and responsive, has a battery life as well but also included is a type c cable
The sensors have button cell batteries and will update on battery life. But the screen will alert you when the battery gets low as well.

My RV hasn't been on the road a lot in the last couple years so I am worried about the tires. This is giving me the confidence I need to know they are ok and if I do lose one, can take care of it quickly.

This TPMS monitor is very small in size, which is also lightweight to carry and hold on vents with the included accessory. It comes with pre-paired tire monitors for quick installation purpose.

The interface on the TPMS monitor is very straightforward as it shows exactly how the monitors are set. The images/readings are very easy to read/identify, and the images and information shown are also intuitive and easy to navigate.

The set is well packaged with everything that you need to install the system.
The display unit comes pre charged and comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable to charge the unit when needed.
I followed the installation instructions and performed a quick test to see how accurate the system is. I measured my tire pressure with a dial gauge and it read 36psi. I installed the TPMS sensor and the display showed 34psi, so it's within 10% which is acceptable.
The unit has a lot of settings and functions such as setting the pressure level for low and high pressure alerts as well as a high temperature alert.
The unit has the ability to add and sync more sensors so that you can monitor the pressure of your vehicle and trailer or RV from the same device.
The locking system was effective enough to stop me from casually taking off the sensor so it should work well enough.

I've only taken this on one trip but it seems to be a pretty well thought out product.I'll compare this to another leveler I own that uses the phone and bluetooth. When I want to level that, I have to pair, then lean out my truck window so the connection works. Not ideal, but pretty handy.With that other product in mind, this brings pros and cons to the comparison. First, in order for the leveler to work, you have to turn on the box that's in your trailer. I mounted both of the boxes for the 2 levelers in the pass-through. So while the bluetooth one requires pairing in an app, this one requires me to get out of the truck, open the pass-through door, and turn it on. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind.From that point, I think this leveler shines brightest. The connection seems to work at distances I'd never need it to. I tried walking around with the receiver and it never dropped connection to the transmitter, or at least it never claimed to. Really you only need this to work from inside your truck so the connection seems solid.Configuring it is easy, as is setting it to level. The level part is something I'm still working with. On our first trip of the year, I set the trailer up level side to side, front to back, using a standard level. Then I told the receiver to accept this as level. Best I can tell, it's now set to be level next time. I checked it a few times through the weekend, comparing it to the actual level, and it matched up.Time will tell whether this is an accurate system throughout the camping season. If it's not, I'll update this review. For now it seems very promising.I also like that the receiver has a magnetic mount on the back. My only wish is that it were closer to magsafe size so I could stick it on the magsafe mount I have on my dash for my phone. But that's not really a big deal, I'm only using this during camp setup, it's fine.I look forward to using it throughout the upcoming season.

This is my first leveler of this kind and it was very easy to set up. Instructions were pretty clear and I learned that it levels your camper on both axis which is great (left to right and front to back). It is also pretty responsive - i could see the reading change after maybe a second after moving the leveler as a test.
